Atlas Trainman®
N Scale
This model represents a general-purpose steel flat car built in the 1950s. The cars haul many different types of commodities. Pockets along the sides of the car could be used for tying down cargo with chains or straps. Optionally, stakes could be inserted into these pockets to help contain irregular loads such as logs. These flat cars have lasted for many decades and can still be found in maintenance of way (MOW) service.
